Independent Agent Program

Thank you for your interest in becoming an independent agent IA for Nu Image Medical. As an IA you will have access to our procedures, testing, products, and services.

The cost to become an IA is $ 1000.00. This includes online order system setup and program training, medical evaluation forms, HCG Diet Simplified and Recipe's e-Books.


Here’s how the Nu Image Medical Independent Agent Program works.

  1. First you execute our Independent Agreement.
  2. Then we will set up an IA login at www.nuimagediag.com ; this login will allow you to place orders for tests, download our required patient documents, diet materials and track your patient’s status. The IA login interface will also provide important information about all of the available health programs, tests, and procedures offered by Nu Image Medical.
  3. Next you will schedule your patient for an appointment in your office and up-sell the program. After you have received payment from your patient, you will login to the Nu Image IA interface on our website and order our wholesale program and your credit card will be charged. You will download our detailed patient health history forms, patient consent forms and diet materials that include an e-Book and Cookbook.
  4. Then you will input your patient’s demographical information into our lab test order file on our website so that our physician can prescribe your patient’s blood work. Nu Image will immediately email the lab test prescription to you. You will give the lab test order to your patient and locate the closest Lab Corp. Go to www.labcorp.com to find the closet to you.
  5. You the IA will be responsible for faxing us all required medical documents for our physician to review and ensure that each one is completed and signed, including a physical exam performed by you, or your patient’s personal physician. If you are a licensed medical doctor you can choose to perform the required physical exam, please make sure your information is included and it must be signed by you.
  6. Once the patient gets their lab work drawn, the results will automatically be sent to our prescribing physician for review.
  7. If there is a serious or critical issue with the blood test results, you and the patient will be notified by a Nu Image medical personal. If you are an MD, you may choose to inform your patient.
  8. Once our physician has received all of the required documents; (patient document package, blood test results, & physical) our physician will review and prescribe the appropriate medications.
  9. You the IA will be notified via email from our pharmacy when any medication has been shipped which includes a UPS tracking number.
  10. You the IA will be responsible for follow up with your patients.

  • Blood Work through Lab Corp prescribed by our physician
  • Health Evaluation Documents
  • HCG Diet Simplified e-Book
  • HCG Diet Cookbook
  • Physician Review of all Required Documents
  • Complete HCG Kit prescribed by our physician including supplies shipped directly to your patient or to your office
